Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional product cost.

Delivery Charges Adjustment

In certain cases, we may request that the replacement be processed along with your next order to help cover delivery charges, particularly when damage occurs due to courier handling. This allows us to continue offering Cash on Delivery and affordable nationwide shipping.


Processing Time

  • Exchange approval is processed after inspection

  • Replacement dispatch or settlement is completed within 3–5 working days
